Job summary

Codi Group is recruiting a full-time Scheme Support Officer for our Supported Housing Service in Cardiff. You will provide tailored support to individuals experiencing homelessness and facing alcohol or substance use challenges, with some customers having criminal justice experience.

• Experience supporting individuals experiencing homelessness or related tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external services.
