Allen Associates (Oxford) Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support in a varied, autonomous role in East Oxford. This temporary position is paid on a weekly PAYE basis with an immediate start.

You will handle payroll inputs, contract amendments, DBS and right-to-work checks, and efficient casework for sickness and family leave, while prioritising workload from established notes and records in a busy environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Knowledge of payroll, employee record systems, and HR policies.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident handling sickness, leave and occupational health referrals.
• Familiarity with DBS and right-to-work administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise workload.

• Managing payroll inputs and contract amendments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Administering cascade updates and managing internal communications.
• Handling sickness and family leave casework efficiently.
