This full-time temporary post requires a fast start and the ability to manage a broad HR remit with minimal supervision. You will support right-to-work and DBS processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR generalist, managing multiple HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and contract administration.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Familiarity with DBS procedures and occupational health referrals.
• Experience using Cascade HR software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll entry and make contract changes to ensure accurate compensation.
• Administer Cascade and update employee records efficiently.
• Handle sickness and family leave casework with discretion.
• Coordinate health referrals and DBS-related checks to maintain compliance.
• Manage the HR inbox, answer queries, and resolve issues independently.
• Support right-to-work and visa administration processes.
• Prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment with minimal supervision.
