Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Elm House in St Neots. You will assist residents with daily activities, promote independence, and support personal skills through hobbies and routines.

No prior care experience is required as comprehensive training, coaching and development are provided. A full UK manual driving license is essential, with duties including health support, budgeting help, and daily living tasks.

• Full UK manual driving license is essential.
• Experience in care not required; full training provided.
• Must be over 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and routine for residents.
• Promote independence and help residents live fulfilling lives.
• Support and encourage development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Assist with health care needs and accompany to appointments or administer medication.
• Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping.
• Assist with personal care as required and with domestic tasks.
• Provide guidance and emotional support to residents.
