Keys Care seeks a committed Support Worker to assist adults with autism or mild learning disabilities at Elm House, St Neots. You’ll support daily routines, promote independence, help with medications and attend appointments, while encouraging activity and personal skills development.

Full training is provided; a valid UK manual driving license is essential. This is a bank 0-hour contract with DBS paid by Keys Group and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license is essential
• Experience in care not required - full training provided
• DBS check will be paid by employer

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine of residents
• Promote independence and personal skills
• Support health care needs and accompany to appointments
• Assist with budgeting, paying bills and shopping
• Assist with personal care and domestic tasks
• Provide guidance through physical and emotional support
