Qualifications

• No care experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and patience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and routine for the people we support.
• Promote independence and help individuals live a fulfilling life.
• Support development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Assist with health care needs, accompany to routine appointments, or administer medication where appropriate.
• Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assist with personal care and domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Offer guidance and emotional support.
