Homecare Direct Limited in Wisbech is hiring a Support Worker to help a woman live independently in her adapted bungalow. You will provide 1:1 support with daily routines, mobility assistance, and accompany her to activities.

The role requires a full clean UK driving licence (21+ for insurance), empathy, patience, and brain injury experience. Training is provided, and a supportive team backs you up with regional care leads and nurses.

Qualifications

• Full clean UK driving licence (21+ for insurance purposes).
• Eligibility to work in the UK; Homecare Direct does not offer sponsorship.
• Brain Injury experience is essential.
• Calm, observant and responsive.

• Providing 1:1 support with daily routines and activities
• Personal care and mobility support
