Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking Home Care Support Workers to deliver Independence at Home (Reablement) services across the city. Roles include personal care, mobility assistance and practical support to help people regain independence at home.

shire staff will work a fixed two-week rota with weekend and holiday duties. Training is provided, and enhanced pay applies for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care such as washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with moving around the home and daily living tasks.
• Help with shopping, meal preparation and medications as needed.
• Offer emotional and social support and liaise with health services.
• Support clients to regain confidence in daily activities.
