• Lead SEND provision across the school and ensure inclusive practice is embedded in every class.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement whole-school SEND strategy.

• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children while ensuring high standards of teaching and learning for SEND learners.
