Oakley School in Warwickshire is seeking an ambitious SENDCo and Assistant Headteacher to lead inclusion and pastoral support across the nursery and primary phases. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement with pupils, families and classroom practice, including oversight of SEMH provision on site.

Joining the primary senior leadership team, you will help shape provision as the school grows, promoting an inclusive culture where every child can thrive.

Formación

• Experience as a SENDCo or senior leader with SEND leadership.
• Commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.
• Ability to shape provision across nursery and primary.
• Strong strategic and people leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SEND, inclusion and pastoral provision across nursery and primary.
• Oversee specialist SEMH provision on site.
