Qualifications

• Must have Degree or equivalent.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Experience of working with students with SEND and inclusion needs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inclusive support for a caseload of students with SEND and inclusion needs.
• Undertake pre-entry assessments and regular reviews of students.
• Liaise with staff on planning support, including exam arrangements and careers advice.
• Produce SEND support plans and annual EHCP reviews.
