Job summary

Reaseheath College and University Centre is seeking an Inclusive Learning Advisor (EHCP/HNS) to manage a caseload of students, coordinate with EHCP/SEND teams and ensure inclusive access to the curriculum. You will work across external stakeholders and college departments to deliver tailored support.

We welcome applicants from Education, Care, Health and Youth Services with multi-agency experience and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above) or equivalent.
• Experience working with multi-agencies is desirable.
• Knowledge of the EHCP process and SEND would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support for a caseload of EHCP/High Needs students.
• Complete pre-entry initial assessment of learner needs and regular reviews.
• Complete EHCP consultations and agree appropriate Inclusion Support Plans.
• Produce and support the implementation of Inclusive Passports to enable full curriculum access.
• Chair EHCP/SEND team meetings and contribute to wider Learning Skills Centre activities.
