Reaseheath College and University Centre in Cheshire near Nantwich is seeking an Inclusive Learning Advisor specialising in EHCP/HNS. You will manage a caseload, coordinate assessments and reviews, and shape inclusion strategies to support learners.

The role requires experience with multi-agencies; background in Education, Care, Health or Youth Services is valued. A CPD programme and DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Maths and English (GCSE C or above).
• Experience of working with multi-agencies.
• Knowledge of EHCP process desirable.
• Knowledge of SEND desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support for a caseload of EHCP/High Needs students.
• Complete pre-entry initial assessment of learner needs and regular reviews.
• Complete EHCP consultations and agree appropriate Inclusion Support Plan.
• Produce and support the implementation of Inclusive Passports to access curriculum and campus.
• Chair EHCP/SEND team meetings and contribute to wider LSC.
