Qualifications

• Essential: strong knowledge of the local labour market in Camden and surrounding areas.
• Experience helping people with multiple and complex needs.
• Fully IT literate with Microsoft 365 and digital tools.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and strive to exceed performance targets and compliance measures.
• Manage a caseload of referred customers to overcome barriers to employment.
• Provide person-centred advice and guidance to participants.
• Develop personalised action plans with SMART targets for progression.
• Collaborate with referral partners and local employers to create opportunities.
