Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is recruiting an Employment Specialist in Ipswich to help customers achieve sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, engage with local employers, and provide person-centred guidance to participants with learning disabilities and related needs.

The role emphasizes health and safety and collaboration across local services. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the local labour market and experience in target-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of local labour market in Ipswich and surrounding area.
• Experience working with people with multiple and complex needs, including learning disabilities.
• Full driving license to enable deployment across local hubs.

Responsibilities

• Meet and strive to exceed personal performance targets, KPIs and quality/Compliance measures.
• Manage a caseload of referred customers with learning disabilities using appropriate strategies.
• Provide specialist support and signposting to address barriers to progression into employment.
• Undertake in-depth assessments to understand circumstances and barriers to progression.
• Co-produce tailored action plans with SMART targets for timely progression.
• Liaise with employers and partner agencies to address recruitment needs and provide in-work support.
