Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. in London is seeking an Employment Specialist to support individuals with health support needs and learning disabilities into sustainable employment.

You will manage a caseload, provide personalised advice and practical support, and build relationships with local employers to promote inclusive recruitment. You'll work with referral partners and specialist services to develop tailored action plans, assist with applications and interviews, and ensure high standards of quality,

Qualifications

• Targets-driven environment experience.
• Delivery of services against contractual and quality standards.
• GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft 365.
• Good understanding of the local labour market.
• Knowledge of self-employment, employability and recruitment.
• Experience providing information, advice and guidance to customers.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants, providing tailored support to help them move into sustainable employment.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalised Action Plans to overcome barriers to work.
• Achieve performance, quality, compliance, and customer service targets.
• Build strong relationships with local employers and identify suitable job opportunities.
• Support participants with job applications, interviews, and in-work support.
• Work with partner organisations and specialist services to provide holistic support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding requirements.
• Champion best practice and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
