Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is recruiting an Employment Specialist to join the Connect to Work team in Andover.

You will support individuals with disabilities and health conditions into sustainable paid employment, using person-centred guidance to identify job opportunities and tailor support. Working with partners and employers, you will conduct assessments, develop SMART action plans, and help clients overcome barriers.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities/health conditions.
• Strong knowledge of the local labour market.
• IT literate with MS Office and Teams.
• Full driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
• Manage a caseload of referred customers with disabilities/health needs.
• Provide specialist support and signposting to address barriers to employment.
• Undertake assessments to understand client circumstances and barriers to progression.
• Develop tailored Action Plans with SMART targets to enable progression.
• Collaborate with local agencies to source suitable employment opportunities.
