Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. in Southampton is seeking an Employment Specialist to support participants with health needs and learning disabilities on their journey into sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, deliver tailored guidance, and work with partners to help individuals progress into work.

You will build relationships with local employers, deliver employability support, and ensure accurate records while adhering to safeguarding and data protection requirements.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
• Experience in target-driven environments.
• Experience delivering services against contractual/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and provide tailored support toward sustainable employment.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalised Action Plans to overcome barriers.
• Achieve targets on performance, quality, compliance, and customer service.
• Build relationships with local employers and identify job opportunities.
• Support participants with job applications, interviews, and in-work support.
• Collaborate with partner organisations for holistic support.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure data protection and safeguarding compliance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures; undertake other duties as needed.
