Job summary

Gloucestershire County Council is seeking an experienced leader to manage the WorkWell programme, an innovative health and employment initiative helping people with health conditions and disabilities overcome barriers to work.

As WorkWell Delivery Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, drive performance, build partnerships across Gloucestershire, and ensure residents receive person-centred support that makes a real difference to their lives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering health or employment programmes or public services.
• Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
• Ability to manage contracts, performance and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the WorkWell programme to help residents stay in work or return to work.
• Build strong partnerships across health, local government, VCSE and employment sectors.
• Use data and insight to drive continuous improvement and ensure person-centred support.
