Job summary

Gloucestershire County Council seeks an experienced leader to manage the WorkWell programme, aligning health, employment and community partners to support people with health conditions or disabilities toward employment goals.

The role requires leading a dedicated team, driving performance and quality, and building strong partnerships to deliver person-centred support across Gloucestershire. 37 hours/week on a fixed-term contract through March 2029.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams to achieve outcomes.
• Ability to build relationships across health, public and VCSE sectors.
• Experience managing contracts, performance and resources.
• Use data and insights to drive service improvement.
• Champion inclusion and collaborative working.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of WorkWell programme and manage a dedicated team.
