An established industry player is seeking an Inclusion & Support Services Manager to lead Housing Support and Social Inclusion initiatives. The role of Inclusion & Support Services Manager is a new, exciting, and important position within our SKylight directorate. The post holder will take strategic responsibility for managing a wide range of Housing Support and Social Inclusion services. They will lead all aspects of people management, employee engagement, and customer service excellence in this fast-paced environment.
The responsibilities include overseeing performance and service direction of core Housing Support and Social Inclusion services, driving performance for externally funded contracts, and developing new and existing initiatives aligned with SHG's priorities, key strategic partners, and government initiatives.
The post holder will develop, influence, and establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including the VCSFE sector, to benefit customers and promote Stockport Homes, supporting the charitable aims of SKylight.
