Archbishop Blanch CE High School is seeking an Inclusion Manager to coordinate strategies improving pupil engagement, attendance and behaviour. You will collaborate with SEND, pastoral, attendance and behaviour teams to ensure timely support and better outcomes for vulnerable pupils.

You will liaise with families and external agencies, lead restorative approaches, manage reintegration and monitor data to drive improvements, while upholding safeguarding and the Christian ethos of the school.

Formación

• Experience with vulnerable young people in an educational setting.
• Experience of multi‑agency working and supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and pupil outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate inclusive approaches to behaviour, engagement and pupil support.
• Develop and implement individual behaviour support plans and restorative approaches.
• Support pupils with SEND and those experiencing social, emotional, behavioural or attendance difficulties.
• Manage internal exclusion, the reset room, reintegration programmes and alternative provision arrangements.
• Work with families to address barriers to attendance, punctuality and engagement.
• Liaise with external agencies, including Children's Social Care, Early Help and other specialist services.
• Support safeguarding arrangements and work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Deputy DSLs.
• Maintain accurate pupil records, monitor interventions and analyse attendance and behaviour data to inform improvement.
