Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the inclusion provision to support students temporarily withdrawn from mainstream lessons.
• Promote positive behaviour and ensure policy is applied consistently.
• Support student learning during inclusion or isolation periods.
• Facilitate restorative conversations between students and staff.
• Maintain accurate records using Bromcom to monitor detentions, isolations and incidents.
• Collaborate with pastoral and senior leadership teams to support students with behavioural and additional needs.
• Liaise with safeguarding and attendance teams and external agencies.
