The Queen Elizabeth Academy is an 11-16 mixed academy based in Atherstone with approximately 715 pupils on roll.

Following our Ofsted inspection, the academy continues to be led by a dynamic team focused on outstanding pupil progress. The appointment supports inclusion, admissions and partnerships with Local Authority and Governors to maintain high standards and safe, supportive learning environments.

Qualifications

• GCSE level 4/C+ including English and Maths
• Ability to work effectively with young people
• Ability to form positive relationships with diverse people

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop inclusion provision for pupils at risk of exclusions.
• Oversee Admissions and liaise with Local Authority and Governors regarding suspensions/permanent exclusions.
• Support Heads of Year and Pastoral Leaders to moderate behaviour and support learning.
