Job summary

You will oversee daily operations, uphold high behaviour standards, and work with pupils with complex needs to build positive learning approaches, under the academy’s behaviour and inclusion strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading behaviour and creating a positive learning culture.
• Outstanding behaviour management and inclusive practice.
• Strong relationship-building with pupils, staff and parents.
• Excellent organisational skills and accurate record-keeping.
• Safeguarding awareness and commitment to academy values.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Remove Room daily operations and ensure a calm, structured environment.
• Analyse patterns, implement efficient systems and maintain accurate records.
• Support pupils with complex needs to reflect and re-engage with lessons.
• Collaborate with staff, families and external partners to support pupil progression.
