Job summary

The Queen Elizabeth Academy in Atherstone is seeking an enthusiastic Inclusion Room Manager to lead and develop our inclusion provision, providing high-quality support for pupils who would have otherwise faced fixed-term exclusions. You will work closely with Heads of Year and Pastoral Leaders to ensure pupils receive appropriate support for learning and behaviour.

• Ability to work effectively with young people.

• Provide high-quality support for pupils who would have otherwise received fixed-term exclusions.
