Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils with additional needs and a strong passion for SEND.
• Proven ability to establish positive relationships with colleagues, professionals and families.
• Commitment to safeguarding and creating an inclusive learning environment.
• Strong understanding of teacher standards and effective lesson planning.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and professionals.
• Follow the teacher standards and plan/ deliver lessons with pace and differentiation.
• Use assessment information to inform future planning and monitor pupil progress.
• Maintain records and contribute to a safe, orderly classroom and school environment.
• Differentiate teaching to support all pupils and promote high expectations.
