Job summary

St Catherine's RC School is seeking an experienced Inclusion Leader to drive inclusive provision across the primary range and to support whole-school wellbeing and attainment. The role requires vision, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to high standards of teaching.

The post involves developing inclusive curriculum enrichment and contributing to the Catholic ethos of the school, while collaborating with staff to raise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Vision to lead inclusive provision across primary range.
• Willingness to complete the SENCO qualification.
• Outstanding teaching with high expectations and standards.
• Knowledge of strategies to support mental health and wellbeing.
• Good knowledge of teaching English as an additional language.
• Commitment to improving school attendance.
• Innovative and exciting approach to learning.
• Reflective practitioner who develops own practice and that of others.
• Support and enrichment of the curriculum and Catholic ethos (not required to be Catholic).
