Job summary

Bridport Primary School and Bridport St Mary’s CE Primary School are seeking an inspirational Inclusion Lead to champion progress, attainment and holistic wellbeing for all pupils with SEND or who are disadvantaged.

You will shape and implement high-quality inclusive practice across both schools, lead SEND strategies, and develop a supportive, ambitious learning culture. The role demands collaboration with senior leaders and a commitment to ongoing professional learning.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status and SENCo qualifications.
• Strong understanding of SEND strategies and inclusive practice.
• Experience supporting vulnerable learners and leading inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead inclusion strategy across two schools to raise attainment and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with headteachers, teachers and senior staff to implement inclusive practices.
• Shape, monitor and evaluate progress for SEND and disadvantaged pupils.
