Lincoln UTC is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our SEND team in a small but exceptional college community. The role is full time and term time only, starting November 2026, with a salary of £27,436 per annum pro rata.

The successful candidate will work closely with students across multiple subjects, supported by a dedicated team. Prior experience would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite; full training and ongoing support will be provided.
