Job summary

Cage Green is a one form entry primary school for children aged 4-11, and the Phoenix Centre for Autism. The Inclusion Leader will set the strategic direction, develop inclusive practices, and lead safeguarding across the school to ensure high quality outcomes for all groups, including EAL, SEND and Pupil Premium.

You will analyse pupil data to identify needs and plan early interventions, support policies, coach staff, and build strong relationships with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safeguarding and inclusion initiatives.
• Ability to analyse pupil assessment data to identify needs and implement interventions.
• Skilled at building trust with pupils, families and professionals to support outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for inclusion and safeguarding within the school.
• Organise provision, monitor impact and ensure it serves the cohort effectively.
• Analyse pupil data to identify needs and trigger timely interventions.
• Promote inclusive practices and culture across the school and trust.
• Coach staff and collaborate with families and professionals to improve outcomes.
