Job summary

Mosaic Schools Learning Trust is seeking an Inclusion Leader at Cage Green Primary to drive inclusive practice and culture across the school and its Phoenix Centre for Autism.

You will lead safeguarding efforts, analyse pupil data to identify interventions and support high quality outcomes for all learners, including EAL, SEND and Pupil Premium groups, while coaching staff and promoting collaboration across the trust.

Qualifications

  • National SENCo qualification or NPQ SENCo award is required.
  • Experience leading inclusive practices.
  • Ability to coach and develop others.
  • Strong communication with pupils, families and professionals.

About this Role

To lead on the strategic direction, development and promotion of inclusive practices and culture. This includes safeguarding, throughout the school. The role involves organising provision, monitoring impact and ensuring this is suitable for your cohort. As Inclusion Leader you will support school policies and procedures, analysing pupil assessment data to ensure early identification and intervention is in place and impactful allowing high quality outcomes for all groups of learners and specifically pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL); Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Pupil Premium and other vulnerable children.

About the School

Cage Green is a one form entry primary school for children aged 4-11 and the Phoenix Centre for Autism which accommodates 22 children. The most recent Ofsted inspection (November 2023) the school achieved 'Good' with outstanding areas in personal development, behaviour and attitudes and leadership and management
