Job summary

The Head of Learning Enhancement leads and champions an inclusive approach to teaching and learning across the Prep School (Nursery to Year 6), ensuring that every pupil is supported, challenged, and empowered to achieve their full potential.

The Head of Learning Enhancement will oversee SEND and AGT provision, and work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents and external professionals to ensure effective support, appropriate challenge and targeted interventions are delivered consistently
