Cage Green is a one form entry primary school for children aged 4-11, and the Phoenix Centre for Autism. The Inclusion Leader will set the strategic direction, develop inclusive practices, and lead safeguarding across the school to ensure high quality outcomes for all groups, including EAL, SEND and Pupil Premium.
You will analyse pupil data to identify needs and plan early interventions, support policies, coach staff, and build strong relationships with families and professionals.
To lead on the strategic direction, development and promotion of inclusive practices and culture. This includes safeguarding, throughout the school. The role involves organising provision, monitoring impact and ensuring this is suitable for your cohort. As Inclusion Leader you will support school policies and procedures, analysing pupil assessment data to ensure early identification and intervention is in place and impactful allowing high quality outcomes for all groups of learners and specifically pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL); Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Pupil Premium and other vulnerable children.
