Capital City College seeks an Inclusion Coach Team Leader to guide a team across London campuses, ensuring high-quality learner engagement, wellbeing and achievement. You will lead performance management, develop staff and coordinate with curriculum, safeguarding and external partners.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a commitment to safeguarding, equality and continuous improvement to create an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading, managing or supervising staff within an education, youth support, pastoral or student services environment.
• Proven ability to improve attendance, punctuality, engagement and student outcomes.
• Strong data and analytical skills to identify trends and turn insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Inclusion Coach service across multiple campuses.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, performance management and professional support to Inclusion Coaches.
• Oversee targeted interventions for learners facing barriers to participation and achievement, monitoring impact.
