Job summary

Capital City College seeks a proactive Inclusion Coach Team Leader to guide the Inclusion Coach service across multiple campuses in London. You will lead, coach and manage a team of Inclusion Coaches, ensuring high standards of learner engagement, wellbeing and achievement.

You will partner with curriculum, safeguarding and learner services to deliver targeted interventions, monitor impact and foster an inclusive environment where every student can thrive and progress.

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff in education or student services settings.
• Proven ability to improve attendance, engagement and outcomes.
• Strong data/analytical skills to drive actions from insights.
• Ability to coach and develop staff to high performance.
• Excellent communication with students, families, colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Inclusion Coach service across the College with consistency and quality.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, performance management and professional support to Inclusion Coaches on multiple campuses.
• Oversee targeted interventions for learners facing participation barriers and monitor impact.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams, safeguarding, learner services and external partners to create an inclusive learning environment.
