• Provide targeted support to learners facing barriers to participation, engagement, attendance, achievement and progression.
• Build positive and professional relationships with learners as a consistent source of guidance.
• Collaborate with curriculum staff, safeguarding, learner services and external partners to plan appropriate support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to boost engagement, resilience and study skills.
• Monitor learner behaviour, attendance and progress and take timely action when concerns arise.
• Maintain accurate records of interventions, outcomes and engagement; liaise with parents, carers and employers where appropriate.
