Actual Annual Salary: £35,072 - £37,417 (Based on hours and working weeks)
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £40,958 - £43,697 (CLF Grade F). Based on 37 hours per week, all year round.

We are looking for a Pastoral Support Lead to work proactively and preventatively to ensure students are supported to achieve and progress in their education.
You will promote the highest standards of engagement, behaviour, conduct and attitudes in all students in the group. You will monitor and support academic and social development across the group, undertaking interventions where appropriate to support the most vulnerable learners.
