Job summary

The Chelmsford Learning Partnership is seeking a Class Teacher on a fixed-term maternity cover across its network of trust schools. The role is full-time (32.5 hours, Monday to Friday) starting in September and continuing until 18 October 2027 or until the substantive post holder returns.

We are looking for an inspirational teacher who can drive excellence at the heart of our school community. The post includes CPD, collaboration across Trust schools, access to the Teachers Pension Scheme, and

Qualifications

  • Qualified teacher with ability to teach across key stage, with enthusiasm for school improvement.
  • Experience of working in a multi-school trust environment is desirable.
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum in line with the national standards.
  • Contribute to school improvement through collaboration with Trust colleagues.
  • Participate in CPD and assessment across the school.
