Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails and web enquiries and pursue outbound follow-ups.
• Provide quotations and information on products and services.
• Build relationships with business decision-makers and overcome barriers to sale.
• Maximise revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline of short and long-term prospects.
• Record customer interactions in CRM and manage follow-ups.
• Work to sales, conversion and activity KPIs.
• Complete compliance documentation and risk assessments.
• Contribute to a collaborative One Team culture.
