Job summary

Nestlé UK&I in Tutbury is recruiting for an Inbound Supply Lead to optimise replenishment of raw and packaging materials over an 18‑month horizon and to lead a team of inbound supply coordinators.

You will deliver KPI dashboards, monitor supplier performance, and drive improvements with procurement and supply chain teams, including cross‑functional collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record across end-to-end Supply Chain, Inbound Supply or Customer Facing Supply Chain.
• Experience leading others and developing teams.
• Able to collaborate with Senior Stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain a weekly KPI dashboard of key metrics used by planners to drive decisions.
• Enable an optimised replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18-month horizon.
• Lead inbound supply related projects to deliver cost reduction targets.
• Build a robust Inbound Supply Chain community and share best practices across the group.
