Nestlé UK&I is looking for an Inbound Supply Lead to join our Tutbury operation. You will deliver an optimised replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials, lead a team of inbound supply coordinators and drive improvements in collaboration with suppliers and planners.

The role involves building KPI dashboards, monitoring supplier performance, and leading cost-reduction projects while contributing to a resilient and efficient supply chain at Nestlé.

Formación

• Proven track record across end-to-end supply chain.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Enable an optimised replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18-month horizon.
• Deliver and maintain a weekly KPI dashboard for decision making by planners and teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements with inbound supply teams.
• Lead inbound supply projects to achieve cost reduction targets.
• Build an effective inbound supply community and share best practices.
