Job summary

The Nutriment Company is seeking an experienced Planning & Supply Chain Manager for the UK to lead forecasting, S&OP, procurement, and end-to-end supply chain activities. You will report to the Head of UK Operations and drive improvements in availability, cost efficiency and gross margin.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong planning skills, and a track record in FMCG manufacturing, with experience in meat/fish or proteins preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, procurement or operations, including at least 2 years at manager level.
• Experience buying raw materials for a manufacturing site.
• Experience planning production against capacity and shelf-life constraints.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/MRP experience.
• Knowledge of BRC/food safety, traceability and APHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand and production planning for UK business.
• Own purchasing of raw materials and manage supplier negotiations.
• Oversee 3PL coordination and logistics to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Track and drive supply chain cost and margin improvements.
• Line-manage the purchasing team and report to Head of UK Operations.
