Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Supply Planner to manage a team of material and supply planners and ensure mid- to long-term production plans align with business goals.

You will lead inbound material supply, coordinate IBP-related reviews, and drive improvements in planning, inventory targets and waste reduction while partnering with manufacturing, procurement and commercial teams to deliver category objectives.

Qualifications

• Procurement or supplier relationship experience (required)
• Stakeholder management within complex structures (required)
• Knowledgeable of IBP, leading teams and IBP process (required)
• Supply planning management (preferred)
• FMCG/Pharma/Manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Experience digitalising data exchanges in the E2E Supply Chain (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepare end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally
• Manage, coach and develop a team
• Meet KPIs such as fill rate, finished goods inventories and waste objectives
• Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials and procurement
• Deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans using system tools
• Lead supply review meetings and escalate issues
• Drive improvements in planning to meet KPIs
• Support and participate in IBP cycle discussions
