Job summary

Nestlé UK&I in Tutbury is recruiting an Inbound Supply Lead to oversee replenishment of raw and packaging materials with an 18‑month horizon. You will lead a team of inbound supply coordinators and drive performance through KPI dashboards and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record across the end-to-end Supply Chain.
• Experience in leading others to deliver business results.
• Ability to monitor and act on KPI dashboards and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an optimized replenishment plan for materials over an 18-month horizon to support production.
• Create and maintain a weekly KPI dashboard for planners and stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements with inbound supply teams.
• Identify and exploit improvement opportunities to reduce costs and working capital.
• Lead inbound supply related projects to meet cost reduction targets.
• Build and share best practices across groups to benchmark performance.
