Red Dot Search UK Limited in Coventry is hiring a Customer Service and Sales Advisor to work on-site at Meriden Business Park. You will handle inbound calls and live chat to book spa days, spa breaks, and treatments, with no cold calls and a focus on guiding customers to the right booking.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00–17:30, with one Saturday in three. Benefits include a £26,436.68 basic salary with commission (£29.5k OTE), free on-site parking, free gym, birthday leave, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a phone-based customer service or sales advisor role.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls and live chat about spa days, spa breaks and treatments.
• Listening for what the customer really wants and guiding to the right booking.
• Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Managing amendments and cancellations calmly.
