Job summary

Red Dot Search UK Limited is hiring for a contact centre role in the UK. You will handle inbound calls from customers approaching contract ends, assess needs, and suggest upgrades to match their requirements.

The job combines sales with customer service, emphasizing value conversations and a high standard of service. Expect a permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week) with shifts across 5 days (Mon-Sun) between 8am–9pm.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience from retail, telesales, or hospitality upselling.
• Comfortable working to sales targets and delivering great customer service.
• Confident with technology and happy using multiple systems.
• Patient, resilient and curious.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers who are re-contracting, shopping around or thinking of leaving.
• Ask the right questions to understand what each customer needs.
• Recommend upgrades and add-ons that fit, and turn price conversations into value conversations.
• Work across several systems while keeping the customer experience first.
