Job summary

Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd is recruiting for an Inbound Sales and Retention Executive in Talke. The role focuses on inbound inquiries and existing renewals, with a base of £26,500 and an OTE of £36,000. Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with on-site parking and ongoing training.

You will build rapport, understand customer needs, explain products, and handle objections to secure sales and retention targets.

Qualifications

• Inbound sales and renewals experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Confident on the telephone with the drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales enquiries quickly and professionally.
• Speak with existing customers regarding contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
• Convert inbound enquiries into sales and retain customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Work towards personal and team sales and retention targets.
• Deliver high levels of customer service throughout interactions.
