Job summary

Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd in Cotgrave, Nottingham NG12, is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor for a warm-lead role with no cold calling. The position offers a £25,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission and a realistic £35,000–£40,000 OTE, for a full-time, office-based role.

You will contact customers who have already placed online orders, discuss requirements, and upsell relevant health products to achieve sales targets while earning incentives and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required - just a great attitude and a willingness to succeed.
• Previous experience within sales, telesales, telephone sales, outbound sales, retail sales or customer service is welcome, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have recently placed online orders.
• Work exclusively with warm and fresh customer leads.
• Discuss customers' requirements and confirm their purchases.
• Recommend relevant additional natural health products.
• Upsell and cross-sell products in a consultative manner.
• Build rapport and develop positive customer relationships.
• Answer product-related questions with full product training provided.
• Accurately update customer information on internal systems.
• Work towards individual sales, conversion and revenue targets.
• Increase average order values through relevant product recommendations.
