Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent).
• DBS check required; five years of work history with dates.
• Experience in customer sales order processing or service/administration.
• Knowledge of power generation or role manufacturing sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and quotations accurately in ERP within one working day of receipt.
• Coordinate customer requests for online store approvals and monitor orders.
• Provide post-sale customer service and maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Communicate with BDMs, distributors and other internal teams to fulfil orders.
